     221 Property Services opened its doors at 221 NE "D" Street in 1979 as the only real estate office specializing in and providing property management services only. During this time, the company's credo has been simple; "Provide the best property management service available".

     Being the largest doesn't always mean being the best, however a business doesn't grow without establishing an outstanding reputation, particularly in a small community. "We have built over 29 years of excellent relationships with property owners, past tenants, businesses and real estate offices which is invaluable because these folks make hundreds of referrals. This in addition to extensive local advertising, including our web-site, which allow us to find the finest tenants for the properties we manage."

     Unlike other management firms, 221 employs full time maintenance people who provide affordable and professional repair and landscape services. In addition, the 221 maintenance crew helps the office staff keep an eye on managed properties.
