IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RENTAL:

1. Please look at our rental display board (to the right). Feel free to take a list with you.

2. “Drive by” the rental that you have an interest in.

3. Log on to our website at:  www.221propertyservices.com to view interior photos of the property.

4. If you have an interest in renting this property fill out the online application on our website.  You MUST include all information requested (including attachment of drivers license/social security card/proof of income, etc).  You can make the application payment online as well (please read carefully- it is $40/per  applicant 18 years or older). There is also a convenience fee of $10 per transaction (it is in your best interest to calculate properly as we cannot refund the convenience fee).

-OR- if you prefer, you can buy a money order for your application charge and drop it in our “drop slot” to the left of our front door ($40/per applicant 18 years or older). Your application is NOT COMPLETE until we receive this payment and a fully completed application.

5. The application process will proceed as outlined in our paperwork.

6. If you are approved and proceed with renting the property we will email you the rental agreement for review.  You will then come to our office to receive the original (we will hand it to you through the back door).  You will then call our office at 541-474-2881 and speak with Karen, our Rental Agent, who will walk you through the remainder of the process.

NOTE: A $40.00 per-applicant Application Charge IS REQUIRED, PAYABLE UPON SUBMITTING APPLICATION. Application Charge must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check - no personal check or cash will be accepted. Landlord references, credit history & source of income/employment are verified. Smokers will be charged an additional fee. Properties which allow pets will be charged a monthly pet rent. ALL DATES of availability are approximates-exact date is contingent upon when the keys are returned and the home is ready to re-rent.


The "available soon" properties are still occupied by tenants and require an appointment to view.
